According to the NYPD, 55-year-old Percy Forrest was stabbed in the chest outside the Agenda Restaurant and Lounge in Astoria earlier this month.
Forrest was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
A suspect has been taken into custody and charges are pending.
