A pickup truck overturned on the Southern State Parkway after a crash that involved three vehicles Saturday morning, according to authorities.
The crash happened near Exit 18 around 8:40 a.m.
State police say one of the drivers who was involved was drunk.
State police say 35-year-old Patrick Esposito, of Franklin Square, was going west in an SUV when he hit the pickup near Exit 18.
The pickup truck then crashed into another SUV and overturned.
Esposito was arrested for driving while intoxicated, according to authorities.
The Lakeview Fire Department says the driver of the pickup suffered minor injuries.
