Police say a teen was killed and two others were injured in a shooting near a playground in Brooklyn.

They say a call came in after 6:30 p.m. about the shooting on Vermont Street.

Authorities say a 16-year-old boy was shot in the head and pronounced dead at the scene.

An 18-year-old was also shot in the head and brought to the hospital in critical condition. A 17-year-old boy was shot in the leg and is in stable condition.

Police say no arrests have been made.
