3h agoA 15-year-old boy is dead after a subway surfing incident as the train was entering Manhattan, police say.
According to authorities, the 15-year-old was riding on top of the J train before he was struck and killed on the Williamsburg ride at around 6:45 p.m. Monday.
The teenager was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other information has been released at this time.
