Police say a teenage boy is recovering after being shot in the right leg in Soundview.

Police say the gunfire went off before 4:30 p.m. Sunday on Manor and Watson avenues.

The 16-year-old boy was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

Police have made no arrests in the case.
