Police: 18-year-old man identified after being found dead in Starlight Park
Police say they identified Humberto Luna as the 18-year-old man who was found dead in Starlight Park back in March.

Police say they identified Humberto Luna as the 18-year-old man who was found dead in Starlight Park back in March.
On March 1, police responded to a 911 call of a person in the water in the vicinity of Sheridan Boulevard and East 172 Street.
Officers found Luna unconscious and unresponsive in the water.
The FDNY removed Luna from the water and EMS pronounced him deceased on scene.
