Police say a 19-year-old man was found with burn wounds and a gunshot wound to the head on freight train tracks.
The NYPD says Deandre Matthews was reported missing last Monday.
His body was found a day later at the tracks on Nostrand Avenue.
No arrests have been made as the investigation continues.
