Moped-riding duo wanted for chain snatching spree

Investigators say two suspects linked to a Tuesday shooting in Fordham are at large.

Police say a 23-year-old man was shot one time in the arm by one of two suspects on Decatur Avenue before they rode off on a moped.

The victim was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
