Police say a 25-year-old man was fatally shot Friday night in Brooklyn.

Police responded to a 911 call of a person being shot on 712 East and 108th streets. When officers arrived on the scene, Isaiah Bowman was lying on the sidewalk unconscious with a gunshot wound to his torso.

He was transported to Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

Authorities say no arrests have been made as the investigation remains ongoing.
