Police: 40-year-old man struck by car, in critical condition on Grand Concourse
The man was taken to a hospital with serious injuries to his head.

A 40-year-old man is in critical condition after he was hit by a car overnight on East 183rd Street and Grand Concourse, police say.
According to the NYPD, the man was crossing the street at around 11:20 p.m. and was struck by a Toyota SUV. He was taken to a hospital with serious injuries to his head.
The driver remained at the scene.
