The NYPD arrested and charged a 17-year-old girl in connection to the fatal stabbing of 16-year-old Aliyah Williams on Tuesday.

According to the victim's grandmother, the incident took place just after Williams asked her for money to buy food. Police say the fatal stabbing happened during a dispute between the victim and suspect.
