Police arrest boyfriend of East Flatbush woman fatally shot

Officers found Jaqueline Wilson, 49, with gunshot wounds to the head, torso and leg.

Authorities identified and arrested the boyfriend of the East Flatbush woman found shot and killed Sunday.



Police say they responded to a call reporting a shooting at a private home on East 96th Street at around 3 a.m. Officers found Jaqueline Wilson, 49, with gunshot wounds to the head, torso and leg. She was pronounced dead at the hospital.





Her boyfriend Peter Hibbert, 48, was taken into custody and is now facing multiple charges that include murder and criminal possession of a weapon.





It's unclear what led to the incident at this time.
