Then on Dec. 16, he lured a second 15-year-old girl into his car. The complaint states she was blind folded and later raped. It's unclear how long she was held in the car.
The most recent attack took place on New Year's Day. A 21-year-old woman encountered Portilla, and he offered to charge her phone in his car. Once inside, he allegedly locked her in, beat her with a wrench and raped her.
According to the criminal complaint, Portilla released the 21-year-old woman on Jan. 4 and she informed the police of the ordeal, which ultimately led to his arrest.
Police are investigating into the possibility of additional victims and urge anyone with any information to contact them.
