Search for killer continues 1 year after Bronx teen killed
2ds agoPolice have arrested the wanted man who was seen on camera punching a toddler in Harlem Saturday night.
Officers say 26-year-old Mandelo Stroman was arrested Monday afternoon for the incident and is being charged with assault.
On Saturday, Stroman was seen on video allegedly punching a child in a restaurant on 7th Avenue near West 147th Street.
No other information has been released at this time.
