Police say the impact was so big the car then flipped upside down and slid down the street. Washington is facing a slew of charges including reckless endangerment, motor vehicle violation for operating an unregistered vehicle and more.
No other individuals were injured but Washington is still at Jacobi Hospital in critical condition at this hour.
