A police cruiser may have been involved in a crash in Hunts Point. The two-car crash sent one person to the hospital, according to the FDNY.
Emergency personnel responded to Bruckner Boulevard and Hunts Point Avenue around 2:20 p.m. Friday.
News 12 cameras captured damage to an NYPD cruiser, which had its airbags deployed.
Police are unable to confirm the NYPD cruiser’s involvement in the crash or if the person hospitalized is an officer.
