Police: Fatal Grand Concourse shooting linked to Trinitarios gang
Police have confirmed that the deadly shooting on the Grand Concourse Friday is connected to the Trinitarios gang.
Police say the person responsible was involved in an argument with the victim, Ariel Tejada. Tejada was sent to Bronx Lebanon Hospital after suffering a gunshot wound to the chest.
He died around 1 a.m. Friday.
Friends of Tejada say he lived with his mother in a Grand Concourse apartment.
Police say they are still searching for possible suspects and are offering a $1,000 reward for information on the case.
