Police: Gunman on the loose following Bronx shooting; victim in critical condition
Police say a 23-year-old man has been hospitalized following a shooting in the Bronx Wednesday morning.
The NYPD responded to a residential building on East 135th Street for a shooting investigation Wednesday in the Bronx.
Police say the shooting occurred at 9:20 a.m. and involved a 23-year-old man who was shot while inside of this building.
It's unclear how many times he was shot. The victim was taken to NYC Health + Hospital/Lincoln in critical condition.
Witnesses say the suspect was wearing a FedEx shirt. Police are now looking for the suspect who they say fled the scene in a black SUV.
