Police have released the identity of the 18-year-old fatally shot in Brooklyn in October.

The incident occurred on Oct. 15 at 10:05 p.m. when officers responded to a 911 call of a man shot in front of 2055 Rockaway Parkway.

Officers found Jamere Jones, of Brooklyn, with a gunshot wound to the back. EMS responded and transported Jones to NYC Health & Hospitals/Kings County where he was pronounced dead on Nov. 11.

Police say the incident has been deemed a homicide.

No arrests have been made at this time.
