Police have identified the man who was fatally struck Wednesday on the Cross Bronx Expressway.

Authorities say 35-year-old Fredrick Hall was driving his motorcycle on the expressway when he was struck from behind by a tractor-trailer. He lost control and suffered severe trauma to his head resulting in his death.

The crash is still being investigated.
