Police have identified the victim in the deadly, officer-involved shooting in Concourse Village Saturday afternoon.
They say 21-year-old Gabriel Casso was running away from the two suspects and toward police when he was shot and killed near East 166th Street and Findlay Avenue.
The New York Daily News has reported that Casso was a rapper who went by the name of Gee Six and was the father of a 1-year-old girl.
The NYPD charged 22-year-old Kejaun Dehaney and 32-year-old Hassan Maxwell with murder.
An innocent bystander was hit, but it's not clear whose bullets hit him.
