Police have identified a 37-year-old Tremont man as the victim of a fatal Manhattan shooting.
Officer say Jeremy Cummings was found shot in the back on the corner of 8 Avenue and West 118th Street Tuesday afternoon. He later died at a hospital.
The circumstances surrounding his murder is under investigation.
