Police: 2 infants found dead, wrapped in brown paper in the Bronx

Police say two infants are dead after they were found alone and unresponsive in the Bronx Monday afternoon.

Police say two infants are dead after they were found alone and unresponsive in the Bronx Monday afternoon. 
Police say the super of a Bronx building made the discovery of the infant boys. The children, both boys, were found in the rear of 1460 College Ave. and were transported to Bronx Lebanon Hospital, where they were pronounced dead.
Police say the call came in around 1:40 p.m.
News 12 is told the infants were found wrapped in brown paper. Police say it looks like the infants were found with physical trauma to their bodies.
Police say the investigation is ongoing at this time.
The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
