Multiple violent shooting and assaults have plagued the Bronx in the past week, police say.
According to the NYPD, a 37-year-old woman was grazed by a bullet at around 5:36 p.m. near White Plains Road and Arnow Avenue. She was taken to Jacobi Hospital where she is expected to fully recover. It's unclear what lead up to the shooting.
The incident follows a fatal Monday shooting involving two 17-year-old boys with one pronounced dead and the other injured but in stable condition.
The crime trend continues as police say Brian Wilson, 53, was found with multiple stab wounds to the body Tuesday afternoon after they received a call about an assault on Boston Road. Authorities say Wilson died and it is unclear what exactly led to his death. No arrests have been made at this time.
