8h agoPolice are searching for a man in connection to a citywide child abuse and rape pattern.
Authorities say Ernest Robinson, 31, is wanted in connection to two separate incidents in the Bronx.
The first allegedly occurred in Morrisania near Boston Road and East 166th Street in 2021. Police say he woke up a 10-year-old girl while she was sleeping in bed and rubbed his genitals on her backside.
The second alleged incident happened in May of this year in Crotona near Belmont Avenue and East 179th Street. Police say he tried to wake up a 9-year-old girl and attempted to rape her.
Anyone with information on Robinson’s location is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
