Police say an arrest was made in a hit-and-run Sunday along the Bruckner Expressway.

According to the NYPD, Sadiel Ramirez Payano, 21, of the Bronx, is facing several charges including leaving the scene of an accident.

The victim Armando Rodriguez, 51, had pulled over at Exit 8b when another car veered off the road onto the shoulder and fatally hit Rodriguez as well as his car.
