A Hampton Bays man has been arrested and is accused of driving drunk and leaving the scene of a crash.
Southampton Town police say Paul Carvis was driving on Montauk Highway East on Sunday in Hampton Bays.
That is when police say Carvis was involved in an accident with another car and drove off.
Carvis was located shortly after and was found to have been driving while intoxicated.
Carvis was arrested and charged with DWI and leaving the scene of an accident.
