say a man was followed into a Bronx pharmacy by four men and shot to death
Thursday afternoon.
The
incident took place right before 2 p.m. at Amazing Pharmacy on East Tremont Avenue. Police say the victim
was followed inside by four men attempting to rob him.
The 27-year-old
male victim was shot in the chest once. He was transported to St.
Barnabas Hospital and pronounced dead. The victim was not an employee of
the pharmacy.
Police
are searching for the four suspects who they say fled on foot eastbound on East
Tremont Avenue. One suspect was wearing orange shorts and a Yankees hat,
and the other three wore white shirts with black pants.
