Police: Man fatally shot inside Belmont convenience store

A man was fatally shot inside a convenience store on 183rd Street in Belmont Wednesday.
Police say the victim was a 35-year-old man who was shot in the neck. It happened just after 6:30 p.m. inside King Convenience, between Bathgate and Bassford avenues.
Multiple evidence markers and bullet casings were seen inside the doorway, on the sidewalk and the street outside the store.
The victim was taken to SBH Health System where he was pronounced dead.
