5h agoA man was fatally struck by a car while riding an electric bike in Soundview.
News 12 is told the incident happened around 1:30 a.m. Saturday on Rosedale Avenue.
Police tell News 12 a 59-year-old man was hit by a grey Sedan.
They also tell News 12 that a 33-year-old woman is in custody.
Charges are pending.
