Police say a man was shot and killed in front of his house in North Bellport, and now, police are searching for the killer.  

Police say a driver opened fire on 28-year-old Lee Houpe while he was standing outside his home on Post Avenue Wednesday afternoon. Houpe was killed.

Police say the shooter took off and has not been located.  

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
