Police: Man left Burger King, crashed into kids’ store
A 61-year-old man lost control of his car leaving a White Plains Road Burger King Sunday and slammed into a children's party venue, police say.
The car crashed through the front of Baby Power Forever Kids around 6:35 p.m.
The building's superintendent says there were no customers inside at the time, but four adults were hospitalized with minor injuries. No kids were hurt.
Police say the driver will most likely face a summons. The superintendent says it might take about a month for the store to reopen.
