8h agoPolice say a man was shot in the vicinity of the Dominican Day Parade Sunday in the Bronx.
According to the NYPD, the victim arrived at Bronx Lebanon Hospital after being shot in the elbow.
Officers confirmed to News 12 the shooting happened at Elliot Place and Grand Course.
A suspect has not been identified and the investigation is ongoing.
