One person was hurt when a Molotov cocktail was thrown inside a Williamsbridge apartment early Wednesday, police say.

Police confirm that someone threw a bottle with flammable liquid and cloth inside a Tillotson Avenue building at around 1:15 a.m.

The Molotov cocktail smashed through a second-floor window, and one person suffered a minor injury.

That person was taken to Jacobi Medical Center for treatment.

The FDNY tells News 12 that the fire was put out before they even got there. 

Police say there was a domestic situation, and the woman who lives in the apartment, and called 911, did not cooperate with officers.

Police tell News 12 they are still looking for whoever threw the Molotov cocktail.
