Police released a new image of a woman who they say slashed a 33-year-old man in the neck Sunday night.

Officials say this all started with a heated argument as a southbound 2 train was arriving at The Bronx Park East station. Then the attacker took out a sharp object and slashed the man on the right side of his neck. This all happening just before 9 Sunday night.

The person responsible was seen exiting the train at the Jackson Avenue Train Station more than 4 miles away from where the incident happened.

This all happening as the MTA announced subway crime is down 8% compared to last year citywide. Marking it the lowest for any July since 1995.

Anyone that recognizes the person wanted is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
