Police say a Riverhead man has been arrested for fatally shooting another man on Friday in East Patchogue.

They say Brent Henry and Ines Reyes, 23, were having an argument in front of a house on Amsterdam Avenue when Henry shot Reyes at around 6:30 p.m.

Reyes was rushed to the hospital and pronounced dead, according to authorities.

Police say Henry has been charged with murder and will be arraigned on Sunday.
