Police are searching for a duo who beat a man with a baseball bat and a golf club in Soundview.

Two men approached the 30-year-old victim in front of 1186 Evergreen Ave. on Sunday, according to the NYPD.

The suspects then struck the man all over his body and head with the bat and club.

Police say EMS took the 30-year-old to NYC Health and Hospitals/Jacobi with serious injuries. He is expected to recover.

The duo ran from the scene, traveling eastbound toward Westchester Avenue.
