Newburgh man charged after alleged assault of 2-year-old girl

A suspect was recently arrested in connection to a shooting that left a 28-year-old man injured in Concourse Village.

Police say Abdoulaye Sow, 35, shot the man in the leg after getting into an argument with him on East 170th Street and Clay Avenue on Aug. 4.

Sow faces several charges including attempted murder, assault and harassment.
