yesterdayPolice are searching for the man caught on surveillance video vandalizing and stealing cash from synagogues in Brooklyn.
The NYPD's hate crime task unit says the man scrawled graffiti on four different synagogues with derogatory phrases.
The incidents happened in Midwood between 12:30 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. on Saturday.
They say he also broke into one of the synagogues on Avenue J, stole $20 and vandalized the inside of the facility by damaging two cabinets.
