Police: Third suspect arrested in connection to July 2023 homicide in the Bronx

Luis Amparao Aguero, of Manhattan, was arrested on Thursday and faces several charges, including murder.

Police have arrested a third suspect in a homicide at Burnside Avenue in the Bronx that happened in July 2023. 
Luis Amparao Aguero of Manhattan was arrested on Thursday and charged with murder, attempted murder, criminal possession of a firearm, assault and reckless endangerment, police say. 
On July 24, police responded to a 911 call of male shot at 255 East Burnside Ave. at 2:44 A.M. Police found 34-year-old Vlademir Perdomo with a gunshot wound to the torso. He was taken to EMS to SBH Health System where he was pronounced dead. 
Police also say that there were three other victims at the scene. A 23-year-old was shot in the leg and was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln by EMS. A 37-year-old was shot in the foot and was transported to SBH Health System by EMS. A 32-year-old male was shot in the back and was transported to Montefiore Medical Center by private means. All three were stable.  
Police had arrested two suspects back in July. One was 32-year-old Estharlin Rivera, who was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment. Another suspect, 23-year-old Franklin Franco Vicioso, was charged with attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
