2h agoPolice say that a traffic officer was struck by a car in Flatbush around noon on Friday.
Police say the traffic agent was issuing the suspect a ticket when he was assaulted and then struck by the suspect's car.
One witness says he saw the traffic agent lying on the ground and bleeding from his head.
The traffic agent is currently at a hospital being treated for leg, arm and face injuries.
Detectives on the scene told News 12 that the suspect fled the scene in a black Infiniti with a cracked windshield.
No arrests have been made.
