Police: Two suspects strike man in the face, steal his jewelry in the Bronx

According to authorities, the suspects struck the victim in the face with a firearm before removing the victim's chain, watch and an unknown amount of cash.

Two unknown men approached a 52-year-old man along Sedgewick Avenue and brandished a firearm, police say.

According to authorities, the suspects struck the victim in the face with the firearm before removing the victim's chain, watch and an unknown amount of cash.

Police say the two suspects fled the scene heading northbound on Sedgewick Avenue by foot.

Anyone with information on the two suspects is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS.
