yesterdayPolice are asking the public for help identifying two suspects wanted for an armed robbery in East New York.
Authorities say the two suspects entered a Midway Deli and Tabaco on Atlantic Avenue last Sunday. One displayed a firearm, demanded money and jumped over the counter while the other stuffed several items into a bag.
According to police, the pair got away with $15,000, the victim’s cellphone, belt and over $4,000 in merchandise.
Police ask anyone with information that can help them make an arrest to call 1-800-577-TIPS.
