A 35-year-old woman fell from a window of a building in the Fordham section of the Bronx on Sunday afternoon in what police are calling a possible drug deal gone wrong.
Police say the woman climbed up the fire escape to the building on Marion Avenue around 3:30 p.m. She claims she knew the person living in the apartment and wanted to climb into their window.
That's when police say she lost her balance and fell from the second story.
Officials say she's in serious but stable condition and that investigation is ongoing.
