A new poll shows Gov. Andrew Cuomo's favorability at the lowest point it has ever been.
The Siena College poll finds his favorability rating at 40% this month, down from 56% in February.
The drop comes as the governor faces multiple accusations of sexual harassment.
But 51% of those polled say despite his troubles, Cuomo should not resign and that he can still effectively do his job.
At this point, 33% of those polled said they would reelect Cuomo to another term.
