Rep. Ritchie Torres and community members in the Butler Houses in Morrisania say they want added safety measures for what the congressman called “the most dangerous block” in the Bronx.

Torres sent a detailed letter to government officials demanding immediate action be taken. Torres discussed it and other topics this week with Amanda Bossard.
