Third graders from P.S. 340 made Easter crafts with seniors at Kittay Senior Apartments to ring in the spring season.
A local band called Sing with Soul also dropped by, giving seniors a soundtrack of old school R&B.
Educators at P.S. 340 started the program to give seniors something to look forward to and to give kids a new way to help their community.
