Public housing complexes get new security cameras

The city announced 22 public housing complexes, including some in the Bronx, are receiving new security cameras.
One of the new cameras installed at the Boston Secor Houses in Eastchester is visible at the entrance of the building.
The city secured $15 million in funding to put in 599 new cameras at the housing complexes.
Tenants at the Boston Secor Houses say they have waited years for new cameras to be installed.
Complexes which received newly installed cameras in the Bronx also include the Forest Houses, Melrose Houses, Throgs Neck Houses and the Webster Houses.
