Tyrone Stylistic Crooks is facing multiple counts of sex trafficking, sexual exploitation of minors and transportation for prostitution, according to federal prosecutors.

The 33-year-old Queens man is accused of targeting and manipulating two women and three minors - one as young as 14 years old. He was arrested Wednesday night at the Budget Inn on Jericho Turnpike in Huntington.

Officials say Crooks operated as a "pimp" from at least 2021 to the present and trafficked the women in Westbury, Woodbury, Hicksville, Melville, Bethpage and Huntington, as well as Brooklyn and Queens.

Prosecutors say he took explicit pictures and videos of minors for financial benefit and threatened physical violence against them if they didn’t comply, even hitting a pregnant victim.

They say Crooks found the women and managed his prostitution business online, using explicit images as advertising. He would then arranged “dates,” where he would collect payment for their services. He also forced the women perform sex acts, prosecutors said.
