Redding police: Masked intruder woke woman
Police arrested 29 year-old Ansonia resident Troi Barnes a short time later at a home two houses away.

A Redding woman says she was woken up around 2 a.m. Friday by a masked individual in her bedroom on Sports Hill Road.
Police say she called 911 and told them she was able to fight off the invader, who then fled her home.
The female victim, who is in her 50s, was not injured. Her mother, who was the only other person at the home, was also not injured.
Police arrested 29 year-old Ansonia resident Troi Barnes a short time later at a home two houses away.
Barnes is facing charges including sex assault and home invasion. His bond is set at $1,000,000.
